Horrible experience customer service was horrible very rude and wasn’t even available when I arrived to get my car. They had relayed to me they close on weekends and tack on a fee to every day that passes while the car is in the lot. I recommend you steer clear of this place if you can.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome. Mark thoroughly inspected my vehicle and provided a detailed explanation of the necessary maintenance. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood what was being done. I appreciated their honesty and transparency.
Marcs customer service is excellent. Good communication. Repairs finished on time and Marc is very honest about pricing upfront. This should be anyone in the Lowell area's go to shop.
