I had come with my friend to pick up her car that got towed and I had a horrible experience.This was our first time picking up a car and we weren’t familiar with the process. The man that was attending to us was extremely rude and I have never encountered such terrible costumer service.

Can’t always fit your vehicle in immediately but will give you a time to bring it. Mark is very fair and usually gets the work done quickly. I’ve been going there now for five years.
