Unfortunate experience. Asked for a quote for a specific service, was told I needed an appointment to go over the details of my needs before they could provide me with a quote. They booked me an appointment a few days away to get specifics and provide me a quote. As soon as the call started, the legal assistant tells me they only have two lawyers, one of which is on maternity leave, the other doesn’t have time for the file… pretty sure they could have told me this from the get go via email instead of making me wait 5 days.
