He has excellent bedside manners, was highly attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. I went to him for a condition that everyone said would be difficult to resolve, and Dr. Pelletier has truly been a Godsend. I can't thank him enough for giving me the gift of sigh

I felt rushed and confused as to the condition of my eyes. I could not see. My eyes were swollen and bloodshot, I had blurry vision, pain, and extreme sensitivity to light. I was given multiple prescriptions, one being a sample. No directions were offered as to how long I should take any of them. My grandmother had her cataract surgery done by Jesse Pelletier. 1 eye was successful and the second eye was not successful. I give Jesse 1 star because of the horrible after treatment we endured. The complication with her second eye was so awful yet every time we came in for a checkup we had his assistants give us the wrong medication for treatment, or the wrong amount to take, or complete miscommunication with the staff. I have been with him for several years now, l was referred to him by the doctor at the eye clinic in Walmart when l went to change my glasses. and it turned out that l had some cataract in my right eye.. l needed surgery and after he gave me the pro and cons, it came to light surgery to correct my vision so that l wouldn't need glasses. he was very informative and so was his staff.; l got help l needed from Monica for the Insurance side. lm very pleased and satisfied with their services.

I went to the doctor because I had some issues with my vision. The experience with the doctor was fine but he recommended a test for allergies that I was told would covered and his staff did not verify if I will have any issues with deductibles. They just perform the test and at the end I was billed for an unfordable $ 430.00 for a test that was not life threatening or even really a major factor for my treatment. The office manager was very nasty and sent my bill to collection.
