The quality of these products are unmatched! Seriously one of the cooler things I own. Their customer service makes you feel like you are apart of their family and that they will take care of you if you ever have any issues with any of their products. I have the big timber and I absolutely love it. If you are on the fence about buying a heater or anything else from these guys just do it, you’ll thank yourself later!

Hello All I have come upon this product that I think is a game changer for outdoor fall/winter/spring outdoor enthusiasts here in Canada who want more than fire pit, electric or gas/propane heating options when they are enjoying their backyard sanctuary. Such a great addition to my back Patio! Looks great burning in the evening and the amount of heat it puts off for an outdoor heater is top notch! Great quality parts! and give it 5 stars across the board. Nothing like paying a good price for a high quality product. Recommend to all my friends and family!

This patio heater/outdoor fireplace is incredible. Looks great esthetically under our gazebo. Puts out a great amount of heat, and being able to see the fire through the windows is a major plus for me (big fan of fire, but what guy isn't). Planning on using it in a wall tent this fall, it is heavy, but not so heavy and cumbersome as a traditional woodstove and a half cord of wood.
