We are very pleased with the outstanding customer service at Pellet Fires. Over the years we had in several houses a warm and dry ventilation system installed by Pellet Fires. Recently the wall control of our system started playing up. After a telephone call with Rob from Pellet Fires the issue was solved. 5 stars for the excellent service and after service over the years. The warm and dry system is such a great way to keep your house free of condensation and get free heat 👍👍

I've been a loyal customer for almost 20 years and yesterday had the worst customer service experience ever. Running low on pellets I thought I'd pick up some bags last Monday when I was in Hobart for an appointment. I was disappointed to see a sold-out sign when I arrived but thought, oh, well, it's been cold, there was obviously a rush. The sign said that the next delivery was expected on Wednesday.
