Poor service rude as well refused to service it at all waiting since may get my partner one serviced so all winter with out heating

We are very pleased with the outstanding customer service at Pellet Fires. Over the years we had in several houses a warm and dry ventilation system installed by Pellet Fires. Recently the wall control of our system started playing up. After a telephone call with Rob from Pellet Fires the issue was solved. 5 stars for the excellent service and after service over the years. The warm and dry system is such a great way to keep your house free of condensation and get free heat 👍👍
