Mike Pellerin is a very neet worker and cleans up after him self. He works hard and matches the texture and can't tell where it is. He is honest. Tells you one coat of paint doesn't always cover. He is fair in price and does a high quiality. Type of paint is a great quaility. He does sheet rock and taping and you don[t see the seems. Mike Pellerin cares about his work and takes pride. Mike repaired and repainted a ceiling for us. He took great care to match the texture and even brought us samples to see a couple of days before he was scheduled to start. He also painted a stairwell ceiling and cut in the edges at the top so that we wouldn't have to do the high wall work. Everything was beautifully done. We had just had new hardwood floors installed, and there was not a spot on them when he finished. He was professional, courteous, careful, and did first quality work! highly recommended because Mike is responsive, hard working and very professional. I called him around noon asking him whether he could fix the ceilings in my house, and he started working on my ceilings 7am the next day. Within a week, the ugly bumpy swirly ceilings were replaced with beautiful flat ceilings, very comfortable to touch. I guess I was lucky that Mike happened to have a few free days before he started his next project, just enough days to complete my ceilings, although he had to work on weekends. Working with Mike was great, Mike completed several rooms in my house, hallways, trim work and the full ceiling of our downstairs. He did an excellent job and was very professional, all surfaces were protected with coverings, the home was clean at the end of each day and it is rare to find a painter who can easily do drywall and ceiling repair perfectly in addition to paint services. He calls you back with in a business day. He also tells you that if you use one coat of paint that it is not always the best coverage. He was right about the type of paint that I wanted to use. It was a Berh paint. I was happy with the work that he had done. He also informed me that the grade of paint commercial. The kind I wanted to use was a low grade paint. I had Mike come in to do a small job, the walls in the upstairs hallway and the walls going up the stairs where I could not reach. I was not pleased with the workmanship at all. In one area (about the width of the roller) there was no paint at all, brush marks, and several holidays... I paid him extra for a second coat on the walls going up the stairs, but the coverage was still worse than walls that I've painted myself with just one coat.
