2/5 I've had a mixed experience with this service center. Generally it's "fine", and they'll get the job done, but on more than one occasion I asked something to be fixed and I needed to wait an extra day or visit again to take care of a certain issue. It's hard enough to schedule an appointment with them being busy so that's just frustrating. And other times I was worried about a certain noise but they didn't actually fix it, they only claimed to. They helped me get my car in working again and they worked with my for my payments.
I’ve had nothing but problems with the shop. Everytime something is wrong with my car they cannot get me in and when they “can” they make you wait 2hrs+ and not even pull your car in. When my car wasn’t drivable they refused to give me a loaner even tho it’s part of my warranty that I paid EXTRA for and you can’t go ANYWHERE else while you’re on the warranty or else it will discontinue. Highly recommend another place. I’m never doing this again. They’re clearly too far in over their heads. Have too many customers to keep any... read more
