Walking in the waiting room is very welcoming. I was greeted with a smile at the reception desk and was told to take a seat and the nurse would be right with me. Beth called me back and took my vitals. She asked me what I was there for just to make sure I did know why. Beth told me that the doctor would be in momentarily.
