Me and my mom and my friend were driving to saint louis from Texas (12 hrs) we blew out a tire in Arkansas and had to stop here to get it checked they helped call a couple of places and found tires that fit my moms car(a bmw) they stayed open a extra hour to help change the tires. Not only that but they made us feel very welcomed and were very kind people. I had a really lovely experience at Pellegrino Automotive. He was straight forward and honest. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need and he explained what was going on with my car and what he did to fix it. 10/10 would recommend this business to anyone!
Pellegrin tire and automotive are an absolute bring your vehicle to shop. Very knowledgeable honest and they will shoot you straight with what you need.
"I completely trust these people"doesn't t mean a lot unless you know me. I sometimes have issues around new people and mechanic shops aren't normally where I find compassion or patience for this. Not only is the owner understanding of my neurodivergent traits and tendencies, he also has the patience to explain what needs to be done -- often with a timbre and cadence that belies his passion for the subject matter. I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life!!! Me & my mom went in there to get my car checked out because I was sent to him. The way the guy(I think his name was Jonathan) told me he was not worried about checking my car & that they were appointments only. I understand appointments but he did not have to be so disrespectfully RUDE. I will not ever refer any body to them. The way they treated us seems like they don't care about helping people.
