Very disorganized, difficult to get ahold of, and don’t keep their commitments or respect your timeline for when you need assessments completed. I would look for another psychologist, preferably one who doesn’t employ their disorganized spouse to be the bookkeeper.
Alicia and Bob told me to "go f--- myself." I think that says enough, they are just a rich couple that only care about getting richer. Don't see them being in business much longer.
