The receptionist, Suzy, was extremely rude, argumentative, and unprofessional throughout our interaction. Rather than listening to my concerns or trying to help, she repeatedly interrupted me and insisted that I had responded to text messages that I never received. I have had major and minor dental works done from Vaneers to Root Canals An office professional cannot be this rude when the office is supposedly providing service. Dr Hussam Murad is very good dentist, all the workers very nice and helpful, the clinic is clean and nice, if you looking for good dentist super recommen.
I left a over a year ago and they are still calling me, after i repeatedly told them i am no longer with them. I have been yelled at by the receptionist for something that they later where forced to apologize for because I was right and I didnt yell or be rude in anyway to make them act that way. They have changed appointment dates multiple times without telling me and no one knew why. So I took time off work for no reason. All the decent employees left because of the new owner.
