Matt Barnhart in the service department did an excellent job of locating parts so I can renew my 40 year old Pella casement windows. I have a couple of broken hinges (after 40 years of good use in a harsh environment) Matt took the time needed to accurately identify the windows, working from my own measurements and old invoices. Excellent service!
Phone calls never returned and promised follow up never happens. Very poor customer service.
Shawn was great he was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I needed
