Worst customer service possible. We built a home and installed high end pella encasement windows. Nothing but problems with moisture in between the window panes. We visit the pella store on several occasions to discuss the problem. The first thing out of their mouths is it’s not a window problem. The plugs to the window must be blocked or the seals are loose. Mike has always been so helpful with our replacement windows and is quick to respond.
Mike at Pella did a fantastic job of working with us to find just the right windows for our project. He went above and beyond to make sure we were on time and on budget. We're very pleased with our windows and the service was outstanding. Andy also did an excellent job of installation, making sure all of our questions were answered.
