Anothy and Bob did window replacement repairs of faulty windows. They did a great job, I can't praise there work enough.
We needed to replace our sliding door hardware and were able to contact Pella and worked with Jon. Jon was able to locate just what we needed to get the doors working once again! Thanks Jon!
Needed to replace a Marvin window that I had installed when Marvin was in Scranton, the window was a casement style and the hardware rusted out and would not crank open. I called Pella and they were able to schedule me the next morning. Brent showed up on time, measured everything, brought samples to my home and gave me a quote after entering everything into his computer. Had a Pella rep (Brent Sims) at my place re replacing a Pella sliding patio door I had installed about 25 years ago. Brent laid out my options clearly and honestly, one of which was having a Pella tech check the door to see if a repair was feasible. Brent assisted in scheduling the tech, the tech checked the door, and in about a half hour had it working like it worked 25 years ago. Brent visited our home and gave us options for a new sliding glass door. Extremely knowledgeable about the Pella products. A great experience and didn't feel like a sales pitch. It was like talking with a friend. Highly recommend!
