Excellent experience, from shopping to installation. Sales rep Jim Alo helped me understand window construction and technology and advised me as to the best choices for my needs. He also helped set up the financing for my project and answered all my questions and phone calls. Stay away!!!! We purchased a slider and the service and quality was awful!!! No one followed up and we spent 12000 on a slider that was supposed to be energy efficient. In the summer the inside of the window was so hot u couldn’t put your hand on it! All Pella windows in Scranton wanted to do was bill us!! More to follow. Do not use them!!!!
