Needed to replace a Marvin window that I had installed when Marvin was in Scranton, the window was a casement style and the hardware rusted out and would not crank open. I called Pella and they were able to schedule me the next morning. Brent showed up on time, measured everything, brought samples to my home and gave me a quote after entering everything into his computer. Had a Pella rep (Brent Sims) at my place re replacing a Pella sliding patio door I had installed about 25 years ago. Brent laid out my options clearly and honestly, one of which was having a Pella tech check the door to see if a repair was feasible. Brent assisted in scheduling the tech, the tech checked the door, and in about a half hour had it working like it worked 25 years ago.
