I had Pella windows replace the aged windows in my home. It was a great experience. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and I can’t say enough good about the fantastic people that did the installation.

Blown off twice by different sick reps. As I am completely available at all times, homebound, and have unlimited funds to replace my windows and doors, not a good look on Pella.
Called to see if I could get someone out for a quote since I recently received one from Lowe’s and talk through options. The individual I spoke to would not give me options of patio doors at all. I don’t think I have ever experienced someone trying to get me off the phone to not sell me something as much as this gentleman. What a weird call. Horrible customer experience.
The windows look great. Can’t say enough about Mal and Cole, the installers. Both fantastic people. So professional and courteous. Took care of every detail. I am so pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend Pella.
