Bob and Anthony installed 2 sliding patio doors. From the time they stepped off the truck, they were professional, competent, friendly and gentlemen. They provided detailed answers to all my questions. The installation was hassle free.
Stay away!!!! We purchased a slider and the service and quality was awful!!! No one followed up and we spent 12000 on a slider that was supposed to be energy efficient. In the summer the inside of the window was so hot u couldn’t put your hand on it! All Pella windows in Scranton wanted to do was bill us!! More to follow. Do not use them!!!! I have an update to my review ....Mike the GM of sales got involved and was amazing...He worked with us to resolve our problem and made sure we were completely satisfied

I have Pella windows all through my home. They were purchased 26 yrs ago. I broke a window and called to have it replaced and they want to sell me a whole new window. I am sure in this day and age it is not an impossible task to fix. I am very disappointed with Pella and there non concern for my problem. My husband passed two months ago and I am left to deal with this myself.
Malcom and Cole were absolutely great. They were friendly, polite, super effecient, careful, and they cleaned everything up after they were done with each window. The installation was perfect....23 windows! They were in our house for 5 days and I have only good things to sayt ....and the windows are really great too!
