We had a service tech come to our home to resolve a warrant issue. He was outstanding. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and so professional.
I called weeks ago to get a bid to replace my front door frame and doors. The guy called and made the appt at his convenience. The night before, he called to inform me his family had Covid 19 so he canceled the appointment. No problem there. But the guy or nobody in the office has ever called back to reschedule the appt. Since he was the one to cancel, he or they should take responsibility to call me and reschedule.
