Austin and Irvin are wonderful! Quick and efficient. they repaired the weatherstripping under warranty and ordered parts for what they didn’t have on the truck. My doors and windows now work like new!
Great product, and even better customer service. Very responsive and the quotes were correct every time. After they were installed and I needed help with some cleaning tips and a repair they had someone out in 24 hours. I can't say enough good about them - I highly recommend. You get what you pay for with this group.
The windows and doors ordered through mountain arrived sooner than expected, always a plus One of the windows had a cracked frame from the factory Mountain West sent Service tech’s to troubleshoot the problem and ordered replacement parts which arrived promptly
