John totally blew me off. I tried so hard to just get a quote and he just wouldn't bother. Don't waste your time.
We have used Pella windows in the past and love the product. We have been trying to get a quote to put new windows on our house at East beach. We spoke with John Strande after missing our first appointment he finally showed up for the second in February and promised us a quote. He has since not returned calls and we have not received a quote (it’s June). Disappointing service for such a good product.

Pella windows are very good but the level of service from the sales rep Mitch Fandel was outstanding.
