Anthony Regginella sales consultant worked with us in detail for a patio door. Always kept us up to date. Having Anthony made us feel comfortable using Pella. Also the crew to install the patio door were on schedule ( Walter & Christian ) did a great job. Much more than we expected. If we were to get other Pella products we would request for Walter & Christian for the installation.
Service was friendly and competent. Windows were ordered and promptly installed. It came out great!!
DHD Windows & Doors, LLC (d/b/a Pella Windows & Doors) has provided one of the most troubling and unacceptable warranty and customer service experiences I have ever faced. I am extremely happy with the whole Pella experience! I had 22 windows replaced in 3 days. The windows that were replaced were original windows from my historic house that was originally built in 1885! Sergio Sanchez did an incredible job getting us set up for this installation with no problems at all. He was very attentive to the detail needed for our house and I couldn't be more happy with the results!
