Altogether excellent. Installers were very professional and did a great job. Only problem is a missing screen door which will be installed shortly.

The sales person Mike was fantastic. He explained everything, took measurements and gave us what I believe was a very reasonable price. Six weeks later the windows were installed and the workmanship is beautiful. I love my new windows ( 17 ) and highly recommend Mike and Pella Windows

We chose this company because they advertised that they work directly with homeowners, not just contractors and professionals. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect that level of customer support. As homeowners ordering TWO custom doors, we relied on their expertise. At no point did the woman who took our order ask clarifying questions, verify our measurements, or discuss common measuring mistakes that homeowners can make with special-order products.
