Horrible staff and service, make appointments with you and they do not show up.
I recently had new windows installed by Pella Windows and Doors of Roslyn Heights, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The installation was great and very clean. I also want to give a special credit to Taran, the consultant, for their excellent assistance throughout the process!
I recently worked with Pella Windows and Doors of Roslyn Heights on a full window replacement for my historic building, and the results are exceptional. The installation team was highly professional, ensuring a clean and precise fit that respected the building's original architecture. I was particularly impressed with the technical knowledge and guidance provided by Taran, our consultant, who helped us select the perfect historically accurate yet energy-efficient units. The entire process was seamless from start to finish

Mike was thorough in his explanation of the different materials doors made of. We had the idea of style, color, of door and Mike designed exactly what we wanted. He and his management team were outstanding with meeting and exceeding other companies proposals. Mike’s ability to balance his sales pitch without making us feel pressured into buying was a big reason we went with Pella.
