Ralph & Colin visited my house this morning to replase the roller screens on my double slider. They arrive at the time indicated and replaced the screens in about an hour. They were very through and competant. They expalined everything to me about the problem and the repair they were making. I am very pleased with their work. Quick to Cash your check, slow to fix your problems. Long story short, they don’t back their work or haven’t so far anyway. Took months to get windows and install and still waiting on repairs. Good luck!
We used Pella windows and doors when our house was built 36 years ago. We had a problem with the locking latch on one of the windows and requested a technician for evaluation/repair. Ralph McCutcheon was the technician that was assigned to incident. He was outstanding - friendly, courteous, and knew Pella windows. He was able to diagnose the problem and make the repair with parts he had on his truck. This was the first time I had to use the Pella service, but it won’t be the last as long as Ralph is the service tech.
We selected Pella Windows and Doors for our new home based on their reputation and advice of our Custom Builder. Once we moved in we had the regional Pella Technician (Ralph) come out to go over the care and maintenance as well as to make a minor adjustment on our sliding door.
