We used Pella replacement windows on our house in 2005. 15 yrs in we started having air leaks and moisture condensation problems on 5 of the 15 windows. Pellas customer support was horrible and they did not honor their warranty. Now the sill has rotted away and they do not offer replacement sashes. A basic vinyl window would have lasted longer. Pella quality and support are horrible!
So far not having the best experience with Pella. Not only did their headquarters have a difficult time figuring out which store would service our area but it’s been two months and they haven’t even come out to measure our door. Our contractor has been following up leaving messages.I heard Pella has excellent quality but if this is how the sales and service works…doesn’t matter how well something is built if the sales and service is abysmal. Don't use this company, they are shady. I bought Pella doors two years ago and although they were expensive I was quite pleased with them. Fast forward to now when I need to have windows replaced. Salesman came out and looked at 10 windows and a sliding door. After going through the options I was told I get a repeat customer discount, and a *sign now* discount. Perfect from order to install. We had a bay window built and installed.
This is a disgusting company take your business elsewhere. Why would you want a business that has absolutely no customer service they take your money but when you need their help, they’re not there. I had a Fire Pella has recognized that I made the purchase but pella refuses to supply me with a copy of the receipt just remember a fire can happen to anyone karma to pella!
