The windows are beautiful. The salesman, Ryan was great responsive and went above and beyond providing service and support and helping us making the best solution. The installers, Kevin and Jerome were professional and good natured. They got the job done right and Abby from Pella kept us informed and coordinated the work schedule. All and all, it was a great experience. We will continue to replace a few more windows that were still in good shape over the next few years with Pella. Thanks!
Wow, I’m so happy with the replacement windows Kevin and Jerome installed. They went over and above to make sure every window was done properly. I encountered an issue with one window and Kevin contacted a person who could fix it. Job well done.
We recently had an issue with the in-glass blinds for a large picture window at our lake house (4 1/2 hours away from home). Bill Clutter, with Pella Windows- Petoskey was a lifesaver. Rather than schedule a costly (our windows were out of warranty), and time consuming repair visit, Bill personally came to our home to evaluate the problem himself. We spent quite a bit of time with Ryan S. From the Petoskey Pella Window Store. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and informative. He explained the Pella windows in great detail and why they are a good product for our home, which is very old. We felt very comfortable ordering windows from Ryan and are looking forward to having them installed.
Buyer beware! Ryan S. is a great salesman. He really knows his product. That's the best I can say. The quoted price was outrageously high. He blamed the lack of "quality" personnel, locally, for the installation cost. However, his material cost for the quoted door, alone, was 3X another Pella showroom's complete installation. Everything was inflated, in my opinion, right down to the price for the building permit.
