Buyer beware! Ryan S. is a great salesman. He really knows his product. That's the best I can say. The quoted price was outrageously high. He blamed the lack of "quality" personnel, locally, for the installation cost. However, his material cost for the quoted door, alone, was 3X another Pella showroom's complete installation. Everything was inflated, in my opinion, right down to the price for the building permit. He claimed it was because they had to return since they couldn't complete the work and inspection in the same day... read more

Wow!!! You just can’t get service like this these days! From spending time with us in the design phase to get the right sizes and types of windows, his years of building and window expertise was invaluable. Then he provided input during installation and then immediately resolving the couple of issues that we had. Bill Clutter was absolutely amazing as a service rep. I would never go anywhere else! The windows are stunning, work great and have added in measurable value to our new home.
Bill Clutter was the best sales person we used to remodel our home. He was 10X better than the same staff at the Grand Rapids office. From now on we will only work with Bill! You come let use more staff like him!
Ryan was very personable and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.
