We had a sliding glass door installed by Pella. Ryan, salesman, Cameron and Josh, installers, did a great job! They were on time, pleasant, polite and communicated very well. They did exactly what they said they would. The final results were excellent and we are very happy with our new door and trim.
The windows are beautiful. The salesman, Ryan was great responsive and went above and beyond providing service and support and helping us making the best solution. The installers, Kevin and Jerome were professional and good natured. They got the job done right and Abby from Pella kept us informed and coordinated the work schedule. All and all, it was a great experience. We will continue to replace a few more windows that were still in good shape over the next few years with Pella. Thanks!
Wow, I’m so happy with the replacement windows Kevin and Jerome installed. They went over and above to make sure every window was done properly. I encountered an issue with one window and Kevin contacted a person who could fix it. Job well done.
