Sparkos Merriman did a great job managing all of the work to replace all of the windows and door in our 100+ year-old home in Noe Valley. He asked a lot of great questions and made sure we were selecting the right products and coordinating with the installers to measure everything correctly for our custom designs. He gave me a lot of confidence that we made the right choice with Pella!
Working with TJ Braff at Pella was very helpful. He pointed out a couple of issues with my order as I was placing it that would have caused me major problems down the line with inspections. I would definitely work with Pella and TJ again.

Worked with Sally out of the Belmont office. Had a couple of minor issues with the sliding door that I had purchased. She took care of them right away and was very easy to get in contact with. Could not be more pleased with our door. Would not hesitate to do business with her again.
