Bobby McMillan from Pella Windows and Doors of Belmont was great to work with! He is an expert at what he does! He came to our home to measure and give us options for replacing our windows. Shortly after he sent us a detailed quote that we were able to review with him. Bobby was friendly, professional, and efficient. His communication with us about our project made the process very smooth.

No idea if their windows are any good but I do know that they don't care much about their customers. I drove 40m to the store only to find out that they were closed. They didn't bother to update store hours on Google maps or in the store's recorded message. They did leave a note on the door but that is too late to find out... :(
I had a great experience with TJ as he was quickly responding to our inquiry with helpful information and guidance. He was also proactively following up on the next steps. Great service and quality of windows!
I have worked with Pella twice and both times I worked with Bobby McMillan. Both times he was wonderful to work with. He first worked with my late father and my father said he was great to work with. Bobby helped us upgrade two really large living room windows and it looks amazing. He had a lot of attention to detail and helped us work with the installer.
