I am editing my review as Pella resolved the issue I was having. It took some time (due to materials shortages, everything is backed up) but they replaced my door with a beautiful door, just like it should have been from the start. They were very professional and efficient. The new door is perfect. I understand manufacturer errors happen at times and I am glad Pella resolved this issue and helped us get the door we should have had from the start.
