Working with Bobby McMillan to order a few replacement windows. Bobby provided the proposal timely and arranged for the installation bid. Contract signed, down payment made, windows ordered and now waiting for the windows to arrive. So far, so good.
We were uncertain about replacing a functional window, but decided that the bathroom remodel needed something better looking. Integrated screens that roll away on the model we selected will be ideal. TJ patiently walked us through the decisions we needed to make and recommended cost-effective solutions as we worked with our general contractor to specify the custom size required. Overall, good communication and a very good experience.
TJ Braff at the Belmont, CA showroom location was extremely helpful. The window installation was complicated because it involved structural repair before the windows could be installed. TJ worked with the contractor and city planning department to assure that the windows ordered were correct. TJ is knowledgeable, helpful, and he was always available when I called. He went above and beyond what I expected for this order. I give him six out of five stars!
