I don't know why 1 can't rate at 0 stars as that is what this company deserves. Look at the reviews on consumer affairs website before you buy, 1 and a half stars. I have their top of the line Architectural windows and they are junk.
As a contractor myself I have tried and tested many other brands of windows and doors. But Pella by far surpasses expectations for not only quality but also customer service. I had to go inspect a window one day and I mentioned it to Josh Thorp one of the pella reps and not only did he give me feedback on it but even showed up to the job site and got right into it with me pulling off trim and checking level and helped me figure out the problem.
