We just placed an order with John Palumbi, sales rep from Pella Windows. He was personable and knowledgeable of the Pella line, never pushy, answered all our questions and helped to decide the best options for us. Pella is a quality product and we can’t wait to see the completed project! Would work with John in the future for any window/ door needs! Thanks for a great experience!

I'm in the early stages of getting windows from Pella of Monroeville. Almost have sealed the deal to replace of all of my windows. Looked at a few competitors and Pella came through with best overall offer (price and options). I was please with dealing with salesman Ryan Sabo at the store and then at my home. He was very knowledgable about his products and offered cost saving ideas but also provided the best technical options also. Pleased with Pella so far.

I didn't know I could love a door so much! From John (salesman) who was extremely patient while I picked out all of my options and worked very hard to get the door to my price point, to the installers who were excellent and Andy who came to check out what I thought was a crack that just turned out to be flecks of adhesive. Everyone has been exceptional!!
