Customer service by Amanda Joiner with Pella was great, we had a defective window from the manufacturer and she worked hard to get us a replacement which was not garaunteed. She ordered it, and scheduled re-installment of a replacement.
Working with Zoe and the installers was a real pleasure. Everything looks as good as new.
Team did a great job removing old and installing 4 new windows. As well as replacing all exterior and interior trim.
The installer Kenneth was a very nice guys. Very courteous and professional. The door looks really great. If ken ran into a problem he came and got us to explain it and how he was going to fix it. Job well done!! Ryan was very helpful and informed on the doors. Kept in contact with us on all the steps.
The installation went smoothly - the installers were professional and courteous. The Pella team found an issue with a window and immediately moved to fix the problem and are taking steps to replace the faulty window in a timely manner. Very satisfied. Enjoying our lovely new windows.
