I've had great experiences with Pella Windows and their professional sales and service teams. They're good at giving realistic lead times and pricing and follow up quickly if I have questions or need something regarding the orders. They're pre-finished products are done well and are a great option, saves a lot of time and effort during the painting/finishing aspect of a project
After a hail storm; I contracted with Pella windows to replace our damaged windows because of their historical reputation of quality. Like a lot of companies that used to have reputations for quality; Pella's has definitely gone downhill since the 1980's / 1990's. The salesman that came to our home to measure and create the bid was professional and courteous. We had Pella windows installed throughout our house this winter. We really like the windows but the install and project as whole could generously be described as an expensive nightmare. In theory the accordion disapearing screens seem wonderful but we’ve had 10/12 replaced once and need 4 more done again. I can’t recommend Pella to anyone it seems like a disorganized mess.
