We love the windows. However, there were a few glitches on the way to getting them. A new salesperson misquoted the timing of when the windows would be installed and how long it would take. Instead of in 2 weeks, it had to be in 3 months. Instead of 1 day, it took 2+. That did make sense since they had to be made specifically to fit our windows and we had all the second floor windows replaced. Unfortunately, instead of during a mild November, that put installation directly in the middle of a record cold February snow storm. ... read more
