had 6 windows put in directly by pella a couple of years ago, 3 of the 6 have lost their seal. have attempted MULTIPLE times to get ahold of this office to discuss problems, nobody answers, returns calls or emails. ZERO out of 10 do NOT recommend
They had literally almost no info to give us or tell us. They didn't even know pricing. No color samples either. We could come back another time, though, so they could find out.. they thought they could, anyway. We drove 30 minutes one way and left with zero..Sadly disappointed. We will not be back. Sad as our 60 yr old pella door and windows have been great.

BUYER BEWARE! Pella is a rip off and they are scan artists. I paid over $10,000 for windows and they look terrible and they are unwilling to fix. I wish I had known what a terrible company they were beforehand
