Absolutely phenomenal work by Austen and Sebastian. We had our two north facing windows replaced, and trim redone. The Pelle crew gave a no hassle estimate and scheduled promptly. From estimate to construction day communication was great. Touch ups at the end were addressed and we were amazed at the whole process with Pelle. We highly recommend and plan do go through Pelle for other windows in the future.
Windows replacement without a hitch
Great process all around. Mark was friendly, clearly knew what he was doing and efficient.
It would be a real good thing if y'all had representatives driving around in your cars, if they DIDN'T RIDE PEOPLE'S BUTTS AND DRIVE CRAZY. I'm in the market for windows, a total of 14 and I can 100% guarantee Pella would NOT BE CALLED! Do better!
