Do not order windows from Pella. One of my windows had a problem right before the warranty expired. A brush in between the top and bottom window. Lowes had a company come out and install them correctly. Pella has been pushing me off for 3 months and won't fix one window because they can't get the part. The staff told me the part that broke is a common issue. Pella staff keep telling me and Lowes they haven't ordered the part yet and it takes two weeks to come in. Service was excellent from sales through installation. Brad Juchatz was knowledgeable, and listened very well. Ted Rosea's team worked efficiently and cleaned up well when they were finished installing, and Christina Young was helpful from the time I went to the showroom to see the windows I wanted to discussing appropriate window coverings with me post-installation. Thanks to all.
Andy and the entire Pella team has been fantastic to work with. Pella's reputation for quality has absolutely stood up, but more importantly, the local team, especially Andy, have been nothing but fantastic, prompt, and trustworthy.
