From start to finish, this was one of the best experiences we have ever had. All aspects of the company were professional, timely, and courteous. Christina sent the best crew to install two fixed windows in my 1970 home they did the work in the same time the previous installer took to put in o e window. Plus the young man hung my binds and move my table for me be cause I could not do it myself. I am a Pella customer forever.
Brad Juchaz was excellent. Very informative and helpful with explaining the questions I had. He wasn't going for the high pressure upselling tactics which I appreciated.
The installation was perfect! The whole team was great— from my sales person Matt to my project manager Christina Young. The team of guys was also super. Kind, helpful, friendly, professional, competent and authentic. These people made the whole experience a joy. I’d been looking forward to replacing an old and sticky door for years.
