I had a very negative experience with Billy Stewart of the Pella windows in Asheville. He criticized the Marvin window company and after I told him I chose Marvin he said he knew I would not chose Pella since I wanted something cheap! His exact words. What I wanted was good customer service and window inserts not total window tear out since my trim was in great condition. I pity the person who gets him as a service person.
We had a wonderful experience with Pella from start to finish! Brad J., our sales consultant, was excellent to work with. Recently had new Pella windows installed at my vacation home. From the initial meeting with my Sales Rep. Dave to the final installation with Chris it was a fantastic and no-pressure process. Excellent material quality, excellent turn around time and what appears to be an exceptional installation with Chris, it was a great experience all around. It is worth the time to at least get a quote if you are in the market for window and door upgrades.
Sales Consultant, Juchatz, came to my house to complete the necessary contracts which included arranging an acceptable financial repayment method to cover replacement of two large windows.
Grant did a wonderful job explaining the different types of windows and doors I’m going to choose for my home. There is a big difference when it comes to Pella and other companies in the area because most companies only do “replacement” windows. This type of window is the correct window for my home. Choose Pella if you want your project done right!
