Paid $11,000 for 11 widows & 1 door. The door has mold growing in it. I called they sent some guy out. He said yes to my warranty but I would have to pay installation & delivery. WHY? Now I've been getting the runaround for 2 months. Still no door & salesman won't answer me or just keeps giving me excuses. Now I'm writing a complaint to the BBB. This is ridiculous. I paid for a warranty so Pella should live up to that warranty without trying to double dip on customers. Will never buy another Pella product.

Phase 2 of Pella windows and doors for me. They are absolutely hands down the best!! My Rep Andy and my installer Derrick could not have been better! 100% would recommend them,happy customer!!
Brad is very efficient and knowledgeable. I met with 3 other window companies but ultimately went with Pella because of Brad's presentation. Katherine is also exceptional.
