This company is absolutely horrible. Questionable product, missed appointments and terrible service. If you're looking for quality windows and quality service look anywhere else.
No They came to my home on Nov 4 to measure my patio doors and said they would get back with me on a price for replacement. The wood around them is rotting. I have not heard a word from them. Customer service is TERRIBLE. THEY PROMISE SOMETHING AND DON’T DELIVER.Do not be fooled.
Once the contract was signed, nothing but incompetence and miscommunication from the company to installers. Multiple mistakes from start to finish. I am sure billing will be timely though. Please read fine print of contract. A 2 day job starting in September is now going into December. If it is this bad on the front end, I hate to think what will happen if there is a future warranty claim. Spend less money on comercials and more on your actual customer experience.
Buyer beware. Look at the most recent reviews people. I hope someone in Pella leadership is paying attention. Everyone on our block has 20 yr old homes looking into replacing windows and saw the Pella sign that they put up in our front yard. I am letting them know loud and clear to stay away from this company. No communication, no follow through, horrible customer service.
Customer service is terrible. Not when you call corporate and put in a request. It’s getting them to actually call you back and set up the service call.........hello......oh yea, they don’t ever call you back! #pellasucks
