It has been a struggle with Pella Windows for 18 years. Unfortunately our builder contracted with Pella so we had Pella Windows installed in our house. We have needed 7-10 service calls (they want to charge you $75-$92 just to come out). Had to fight with the Green Bay office just to get windows replaced and fixed with warranty issues. We worked with Cole to replace the windows and doors in our home. It was a great experience and we felt well informed throughout the process. Even when there are issues, they have worked to fix things and make sure we are satisfied.

Why did I choose Pella Windows? First I know I am buying from a company that has been fabricating windows and doors for many years, designing all the problems that younger manufactures may not have realized yet or are ignoring. Regarding my 6/30/20 install: My Pella experience started off very good. Salesmen and the ordering experience was great. Things started falling apart when the New Construction windows I ordered showed up as retro-fit windows that I DID NOT WANT. I spent around 18 hours of my time removing the siding as I committed to do while being very ill with C-dif. Wonderful experience with Pella during Covid. Ryan came to house and within 2 hours we had signed the contract and in about a month our new replacement windows were in thanks to Steve & Evan.
