Be cautious. We had an appointment with Jake Hagen on May 15, 2025. Jake was professional and courteous and gave two options for our needs: a full replacement or doing a pocket window install for our rotted-out Pella window, plus an additional window being replaced in the basement. My wife and I chose the pocket install. We signed a contract and paid in full. Kyle Gualt and the team at Pella are amazing ! From getting us the Cad files for all the window lines to helping us order 10’ tall custom Entry door units, they get it done quickly and professionally!
Tiffany Doetzel helped us determine what kind of windows worked best in each location of our home. She suggested alternate options that we would haven't considered without her making us aware of them. In the end we were/are thrilled with the selection, purchase, install and overall look of our windows. We are VERY HAPPY that we chose Pella! And highly recommend them.
