After 1 year we have been able to complete the replacement of all our windows and front door. Pella’s expert sales staff with Ben on the first order and Angie on the second presented their products professionally and our previous experience with Pella in our former home aided our decision. My Pella windows and my new front door (with transom and half moon) are absolutely beautiful! Everyone at Pella was wonderful from Jake Hagen in Sales to Keri in the office and especially Steve and Tyler who worked tirelessly on what was a difficult tear down of the ancient leaking windows and install of the new windows and door. Professionalism was outstanding and care for my property and tolerance of my dog, Truman, exceptional. Was so impressed, have decided to push up replacement of my remaining windows!
Anthony did a wonderful job explaining all of the options for our French door replacement. He is very personable and knowledgeable.
We love our new windows. Pella made shopping and buying easy. Our installers, Jeff Rawson and Jason Reno were simply AMAZING. They were punctual, polite, professional, and very good at their job. We highly recommend Pella and look forward to our energy savings!
