We had a problem with the screens hung on the window frame as on the first attempt to remove them, since their installation in the Fall 2020, to clean the outside of the windows, the pull tabs disintegrated completely and came off the frame. It was our good fortune to have Technician ARMANDO visit us and fix some sturdy pull tabs. Were were quite impressed in that he came within the time frame for the appointment, did a quick job, tested it for strength and in 30 minutes we could relax. Well done Pella. Len Fernando

Today, we had our Pella screen door returned to us by Mark and David. About one week earlier, Mark picked up the door. So courteous, we couldn't believe. And today, both he and David arrived on time and re-hung the screen door. In todays environment, you don't see many people with their knowledge and friendlessness. We had a genuine surprise when the Pella sales Representative came to our house to give us an estimate for a kitchen french door to our backyard patio. We were told to expect a 90-minute visit for the estimate which we were dreading because of the usual hard-selling sales pitches we had experienced with other window and door companies. We have Pella Windows and sliding Doors in our house and one of the windows had discoloration due to moisture. We needed it to be replaced and called Pella. Pella sent Mr. Richard who came promptly at the designated time and inspected the window. He was a through gentleman and treated us very respectfully and courteously. Also he was extremely knowledgeable and explained to us the reason for our window problem. A date is arranged that is convenient for us, for Pella technician to come. 11-16-20 .... Richard did a super job installing new panel after gasket under warranty failed .. we were his 3rd customer of day.. super nice ... business like presence and rolled thru in less than 45 min ....I’d ask for Richard time and again if need arose ... thanks Pella in Gburg from Jeff.
