I recently had repairs done on my 30-year-old Pella windows and had a great experience. Lynda was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. She quickly identified the issues and helped me find the correct replacement parts. I highly recommend working directly with Pella’s service department if you have older windows that need repairs. They made the process easy and helped me get the right parts without having to replace the entire window. Great customer service!
Stopped in at the Glenbrook Commons showroom in Fort Wayne, IN, with a wide variety of questions and Julie Braun was extremely helpful in providing me with the answers I needed. Before I left, I told Julie that she should teach a class on customer service! Top notch, and a very pleasant experience!

She didn't push us into going any one direction or trying to sell us more windows. she found a few promotions and discounts to apply to our window. Ashley was friendly and very knowledgeable about her products.
