I have just completed my purchase of new windows (and patio door). My house has its original Pella windows (40 yrs. old). We just had Jody come to our house and replace the rollers on our Pella patio door. He was very kind, knew what he was doing, had the job done in less than 30 minutes and no mess or anything. It was such a wonderful experience we're so grateful for the customer service and quality of service of this company. I cannot say enough about them and I highly recommend them for any of your needs. What an amazing experience with Pella and specifically Angie. I bought an older house and needed help with a sliding door install. She made the process so easy and took the stress out of a time in my wife where I already was at the boiling point. Highly recommend and commend Pella for their work with me. I realize they have way more important customers than lowly me but it means so much to help one person and says so much about their culture. Thank you Angie and Pella for making my day!
