In 2019, our Pella Window experience was outstanding. Our sales representative, Greg, was professional and courteous. He explained the installation process, gave us brochures that showed us multiple choices, provided a written estimate and followed up with us after installation. We installed 3 double hung windows in our home and we were very happy with our purchase.
