Ashley hart did a great job selling me a pella sliding door.
Pella has done a fantastic job on our windows! We recently purchased a very old home that hadn't seen much maintenance and most all of the windows were shot. We contacted Ashley Hart with Pella Ft. The technician was prompt, friendly and completed the work quickly. He even gave us some ideas on what to do about some problem windows even though he came to fix a 25 year old door.
Kevin Couch was our rep and did an excellent job explaining products and needs without being pushy. We had Pella windows original to our 1988 house, and Kevin explained ways we could continue to maintain existing windows instead of pushing us to replace all of them (as other companies had recommended). We had a great experience replacing the one set of windows in our family room and will definitely check with Kevin when we decide to do more window work.
The ladies in the showroom were extremely helpful answering all of my questions. I feel confident now in purchasing Pella windows for my new home.
