The windows are ok, but horrible customer service. I've been waiting 6 months for a warranty repair. They cannot find my case number and said we would have to start the process over. No one one the phone in customer service would do anything to help. I bought $42k in window, you would think they would care more about a customer with an issue like they advertise.
Justin and Zach were a pleasure to work with today. Punctual, polite, and very professional. What a refreshing experience, thank you guys!
