I had Pella windows installed ,iwas very impressed by the service ,they were on time ,the guys who installed the windows were professional and clean up after themself ...very satisfy by the service.....thank you

Même si je n'ai pas pu faire affaire avec Pella finalement, j'ai été extrêmement satisfaite de mon interaction avec Mélanie Chaput, sa disponibilité, son soutien hors pair et son aide. Elle s'est donnée beaucoup de mal pour m'aider dans mes démarches dans une situation personnelle complexe (étant handicapée, il m'était impossible de me déplacer pour obtenir certains renseignements que je n'aurais pas pu obtenir autrement ou alors non sans très grande difficulté).
