We had our windows installed by Pella this year. From the very beginning, our rep Roger Barbeau, helped us through the process of selecting the right windows and patio door. The installation team was exceptional and professional, they went above and beyond our expectations. They were also thoughtful and mindful to leave the work area clean. The service and repair were excellent. There was a broken window in the basement. They dispatched a courteous and professional technician who repaired the window during the same visit.
