I called mid Sept 2020 to request an in-home consult: (from their website) "Show you Pella product samples, Talk you through all of your installation options, Provide you with a free, no-obligation quote, Answer any questions you may have". No one returned my call. I called at the end of Sept 2020 to again request an in-home consult. The scheduler confirmed with the consultant on a 10am consult for an upcoming Friday.
