Went to their show room because no one answered their phone. Show room closed. Called the pella number toll free and spoke to USA rep. She told me to call back leave a message. When I did, I was able to speak to someone and she told me they were permanently closed as of last week. Google still has them as marked open
Our Pella windows have served very well. Just recently we had more installed in a new renovation. In addition, the customer service is excellent and I’m very grateful for Steve’s assistance.

Pella was amazing to deal with. Very high quality product, delivered on time and on budget. Their installation team was pleasant and knowledgeable. We worked on this project with Steve and he was so compassionate and caring of our needs and budget. He bent over backwards to help us understand the process and the importance of top quality windows. Highly recommend Pella for your windows and door needs.
I got a couple of windows, and I absolutely love them! The quality is exceptional, and both the sales and installation teams provided outstanding service. Visiting the showroom was incredibly helpful, as I could see the different types of materials and ended up choosing the Lifestyle series, which is simply beautiful.
