I'm not very pleased with my Pella experience. I ordered a window through Lowe's. the window was delivered without the keeper for the latch. Lowes contacted Pella promptly. It took a month for Pella to come out to install the keeper on the window. The window had been installed that whole time without a functioning latch. Pella made it seem that my incomplete window was a hassle for them. Ultimately, I am pretty upset that it took so long to have such a simple part installed. My mother ordered 2 replacement windows from Pella Buffalo and when they came they were the wrong size. The installer told her to contact the salesman to reorder the correct windows, but he is now refusing to do that. Pella now received thousands of dollars, while the service was not performed. Beware and stay clear of Pella-there are many other more honest and reputable window installers in the area.
They are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.
