I must say if anyone is looking to replace their windows...I truly have to say..PELLA windows are the only way..I just had mine done. And the service is fantastic..from the salesman to the installation...these men were the best very professional kind and considerate...they all did a fantastic job...SO PLEASE do yourself a favor and do the PELLA windows. You will not be disappointed. And they look amazing.
We went with Pella windows because we thought they would be a quality purchase, but we were wrong. First off, it took six weeks longer for our windows to come in that what was quoted at the time of our order. When the windows did finally come in, one of them had a screw driven up through the frame that prevented the window from closing. When we received a replacement from the factory, one of the locks was misaligned which made it very difficult to close. Pella window installers were on time, and got right to my Window to replacement, and very courteous. KR
Great customer service.
The new window sashes look great and fit perfectly! Unfortunately about 2 weeks after the installation one of the windows developed a small crack. I called Pella about the problem and have not heard back from them yet but I have every confidence that they will make things right!
