I HAD A REP COME TO MY HOUSE FOR A QUOTE TO REPLACE 2 PELLA WINDOWS, SAME SIZE AND IM REPLACING PELLA WITH PELLA SIZE 24”x48” COST $5,000, I SAID WOW WINDOWS HAVE GONE UP IN PRICE THE REP BLAMED IT ON COVID-19, LOL STILL BLAMING COVID HAVE NOT HEARD THAT EXCUSE IN A WHILE

Needed a small part for the window blinds within the window itself. They had the part in stock and I was able to pick it up within a couple hours. Very pleased with the customer service.
I was able to get new weatherstripping for my Pella entry door . There appeared to be a problem when two were ordered by mistake. Pella took care of it right away.
