Great products and service. The delivery was on the day that Bill said that it would be delivered.
It’s a call center. It says they are a showroom, but nothing available in person at this time. They claim they have no inventory in any warehouse and I would have to get place an order with a 4-6 week lead time. Crazy.
We recently replaced to sets of French doors and our front door. We contacted 3 of the major companies for estimates. While all estimates were comparable in price and quality- the service from Pella stood out. Other sales reps never followed up with us while Cody was involved from the estimate through the installation (even with a hurricane delay!) Installation company was also excellent. I have used Pella twice and both times, the windows were delivered as promised. The installation went smoothly and debris was removed before they left.
They never return phone calls.
