Matt McNeal was great. He was punctual, professional and friendly. He knew GA code standards and provided great options within our budget. It was a wonderful experience.
We had Pella salesman come to us today that really was very kind and efficient. He was knowledgeable about the product and did a great job. When we will be ready we certainly will call back Cody Farrier from the Pella Company. Thank you!
Cody was very knowledgeable and personable. He listened to what I wanted, provided options that I hadn't considered, and gave me estimates before he left with clear information about the way work would be done and timelines for completion. It was a pleasant experience.
Mr Ferrier came out today for a quote on a siding glass door for our rental condo. He worked to get us a price, fully answered all our questions, and was not at all pushy. Will definitely visit their showroom in the coming days to look at the door He suggested for our property.
Dave Gannon my installer was excellent and Matt was my salesman who was terrific. I LOVE my Pella windows. Thanks guys
