Richard was great. Showed up on time and went above and beyond to. fix our door.
Pella service contractors Kevin and Richard replaced 7 defective casement windows. The sashes were made crooked from the manufacturer. Pella was very quick to respond with replacements. Pella setup a service date and Kevin called to confirm day and time. Kevin arrived as planned and replaced the first 6 windows. Richard arrived to assist replacing the last window which was mounted in a bow window frame. Outstanding service!
I had Pella Mid Atlantic come out and install 5 entry doors at my home for the price of a new car, the sales person was very nice knowledgeable about the products and the ordering process. It all went south when the workers came out to install my doors, the paperwork clearly states that the trim is to match the interior door color in “Pella White” and that there would be no painting done on site. Your Service Technician, Philip Wendtland was wonderful. He was responsive, prompt, professional, and efficient.
