If you are considering Pella don't, service and support has been awful...Poor installation experience, I still have a long punch list of issues to resolve, installers are subcontracted and were not prepared to complete the job, they gouged the new door threshold on install, stripped the screw heads using too much force. Damaged the adjacent woodwork to the door. Were messy and failed to bring all the required parts to complete the job. This company is the worst to deal with for service. After 6 attempts at waiting, finally get through to someone, she can't help me because the system routed me to the wrong place. Hang up and try again. Horrible.
Horrible... can not get ahold of anyone in Customer Service....
