If you think you are buying quality and an exceptional lifetime warranty with Pella products— read the warranty. I just paid $988.00 to replace a door handle that was installed in 2009 because I am not the original owner. A door handle. $988. Let that sink in.
These guys did a great job. As a bonus, they were right on time and nice.
We replaced wood windows and doors in our 36 year old home. We talked about options with several good companies, since our home is in a higher cost neighborhood. Pella offered the best combination of wood windows and doors with an exterior that is clad and protected and interiors that are pre-finished or unfinished to match our home. We had our entire home redone with Pella Windows and they are amazing, we immediately are seeing a huge difference in our home staying cooler and the outside noise level is now really low. I had a great experience with Tom Long on the consultation, product selection and measurement process. He was very thorough in ensuring that the right products would be made just for this house. The installation team was great, they were very attentive to every detail and left things clean after the work. Great job, Pella team!
