Updating my review to one Star based on the product issues and lack of resolution by Pella. While the crew that installed our patio door did a great job, we have had issues since day 1 with the door itself and Pella has not yet resolved the problems. One of the blinds inside the 3rd pane of glass does not work and did not work straight from the factory. The installers did not have the proper tools or knowledge to correct the problem, so we had to schedule a service appointment. We waited a week for the appointment, and the t... read more
Have not yet received my order, but Bob Lakatos and Brian Reuss were great to work with. They were patient and thorough throughout the entire process. Excited to see the windows installed on our new house!
