Karen at the Warrendale showroom was extremely helpful as we start our replacement window project. We are just at the beginning stages and had lots of questions since this is the first time we are replacing windows. She was so helpful in answering them as well as showing us all sorts of options to think about. Very friendly also, it was a really nice experience and I look forward to the next steps. She made it a a lot less scary of a project for us :)
