I had a great experience with Pella. From their salesperson, Luigi, who was extremely personable, to Melissa in accounting, to Alfonso, who oversaw the project, and each of the workers, I was extremely pleased with their professionalism. I replaced a 110" three-paneled sliding glass door that was at least 50 years old. Great product and service from the start. Professional, kept all their promises regarding timelines and installation. Super glad we went with Pella. They have an amazing reputation for a reason , superior products and services for sure. Other companies we looked at either didn't follow up or similar pricing for far less superior products.
