Wow!! Anthony Marullo came out to give us an estimate on 3 Casement windows and was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and professional! He was able to help me with multiple issues we were experiencing with windows and doors and point us in the right direction for repairs. It is so rare to have someone who is a wealth of knowledge and also so willing to go above and beyond to find answers to our concerns. I cannot recommend him highly enough! Make sure if you call to ask for Anthony!!!
The new windows are great but the local Pella customer service sucks. We had our new windows installed but they never installed the screens. The screens were delivered to our house and marked for each window, but there were no instructions. Our general contractor showed us how to install them. The only problem is by the time we got the screens all the bugs and spiders had attacked our new windows. It has taken me about 3 to 4 days to clean all the windows and install the screens. I called Pella to replace a couple broken sashes on my house. The windows were 5-6 years old and were damaged by kids playing sports. Pella made the process quick and easy, just uploaded the serial numbers and a couple pictures to a web link and a couple weeks later new sashes arrived. I am sold and will definitely use Pella on projects going forward.
When we moved into our house we had some windows with broken balancers. They needed to be replaced and Pella did the work quickly, efficiently and the technician was polite, quick and helpful.
