I went in to get a quote. The price did not include labor/installation. I asked the guy sitting at the front how much the installation would be. He said he would call me back the same day. It's been almost a week now and I have not received a call. I was ready to purchase windows, but this company did not keep their word. I will be looking elsewhere now.
Frank, at the Pella Reno location really helped me out just now! I’m in California and haven’t been able to find a window repair person, for our gorgeous Pella sliders. ALL of our home windows are Pella, and we had them installed over 25 years ago. Can you believe, only now, do we need the blinds inside the panes, to be repaired? I previously contacted Pella Windows And Doors in Reno and spoke with a young gentleman named Franky, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism and product knowledge regarding the windows and doors I needed to renovate my house, including upgrading to sliding doors. We just had our Pella windows and slider installed at Chinquapin - Tahoe City. We worked with MacKenzie in the beautiful Reno showroom. She is amazing! The Chinquapin HOA approval process is tough. MacKenzie made several trips from Reno to drop off materials and details needed for approval. Pella also has excellent installation partners. The new windows and slider are gorgeous! The whole process was perfect - highly recommend!
I recently replaced a sliding glass door in my home with a Pella door and I am so happy with the product and the process. Our sales representative, David Dudley, was so great to work with. He facilitated everything from start to finish, making the process easy. We were also very happy with the installation team David arranged from Alco Exteriors. I would definitely consider Pella again for any future window or door replacements. Thank you!
