I just wanted to say how great it was to work with Jeff at Pella. He was referred to me because I wasnt receiving good followup from the Anderson window company in Redding. Jeff showed up, measured windows, gave me feedback and placed the order. It was so easy and we went from single double case windows to larger casements to have a beautiful view of Mt Shasta. He was so easy to work with that I called him for our second renovation project at a ranch.
I purchased 3 double hung windows and 2 exterior doors from salesperson Jeff Rouiller. All the windows and doors were installed perfectly. The products were exactly as described by Jeff and the very complete paper work he supplied. I appreciate the completeness of Jeff's service, from initial presentation to checking the installation. Jeff Rouiller was my Pella Sales Rep. Jeff is out of the Reno area. I've wanted to replace my slider that goes to my backyard from my breezeway. They are huge sliders. Jeff came out and I knew I would be happy with Pella and especially Jeff. Attentive, listened to me and I love these windows. The price was right. Earlier I had a quote from someone else (also a big window company) and was quoted triple the Pella price. Thanks Jeff. And thanks for always calling back.
