Our sliding glass door needed new rollers. After twenty years of service it was time. The Pella scheduling dispatcher got us an appointment right away and the service tech was an absolute joy. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. I recommend these folks without hesitation.
No one answers the phone or returns calls in the service department.....hard to get anything done if you cant even get answers!
Well made product. Their windows are high quality and exhibit great durability. The representatives were helpful and responsive. They provided windows and sliding doors for 17 townhomes and I am very satisfied with the results.
I stopped by Pella today to drop off a business card (I clean windows), and Kylie ended up helping me. She took the time to show me how Pella windows with shades built into the glass work, and how to open them up to clean the glass inside. This was super useful information and she went above and beyond to help my own knowledge progress. Great customer service and I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in need of some new windows!
Lee was extremely helpful though the entire process
