Well made product. Their windows are high quality and exhibit great durability. The representatives were helpful and responsive. They provided windows and sliding doors for 17 townhomes and I am very satisfied with the results.
I stopped by Pella today to drop off a business card (I clean windows), and Kylie ended up helping me. She took the time to show me how Pella windows with shades built into the glass work, and how to open them up to clean the glass inside. This was super useful information and she went above and beyond to help my own knowledge progress. Great customer service and I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in need of some new windows!

Second time my experience has been less than I'd expected, and I've been a Pella fan my entire life. I agree with reviews hoping for another Pella option in town. I will either be using their online sales or switching to Anderson.
Nice guy but I was not happy with the buying process, service, or follow up. Unpleasant experience in general.
