I hate to leave a negative review, but our experience with Pella and Tom Gordon has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. My husband and I ordered a sliding patio door from Pella in January 2026. The door was delivered in March, only to be discovered during installation that it was the wrong size. As a result, our existing door had to be temporarily reinstalled using clamps and tape, leaving our bedroom and deck unusable. We had Pella windows and doors installed in our new custom home and we couldn't be more pleased. All post installation followup by Toddie (Manager), John, and Robert from the Kill Devil Hills office has been impeccable. I highly recommend Pella's high quality product and superior service.
We love our new sliding glass doors and the process was painless and simple. Tom Gordon walked us through the steps and worked with us through the installation. Highly recommend.
When I called Pella Windows and Doors, the customer relations representative took care of the process for repair and set up appointment as promised. Overall, the best customer service.
