Incredible experience from scheduling to install. Rosy (Project Coordinator) and Tim (Installer) were the best. Installing a bathroom window was part of a larger bathroom remodel for us. Timing of the install was very important so as not to hold up the rest of the project. Rosy helped us get the window installed on a Saturday which facilitated the rest of our project moving forward instead of stalling out waiting on the window. I have THREE no soliciting signs (one in my yard, one at the sidewalk leading to my door and one ON my front door). I work from home and have two dogs that bark like crazy when the doorbell rings. I have multiple signs trying to avoid the interruptions. A sales rep still decided it was ok to ring my doorbell AND knock on my door. He said since he saw the original windows he thought he'd give us a quote. Windows that I got from them not a bad product, but installation, nightmare, is been more than a month, they have not repaired the damage that they caused, I do not recommend hiring them

The installation was done on June 15, statement below was sent to Pella approx 1 week after & they refuse to contact us as of this post. SALES • I told sales that I wanted the window to swing inward like the ones I have, I was told they were called double hung. • It took 3x to get sales to look @ my rear windows so he would know what I expect, type of frame and thickness (depth) of window which are shallow with narrow framework not 3.5” thick • The windows depicted on the proposal sheet show nice thin framework like I would ... read more
