Alanni at the Hingham Pella location could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful today when I stopped in with a few very specific product questions. I truly appreciate that she is so familiar with all the various Pella windows and doors I asked about. I needed a repair, and Pella made the process very simple. The work crew was very efficient and courteous.
My first Pella window purchase was in 1982, just one window for a kitchen renovation. My husband and I had seen Pella at The Home Show and were most impressed with the quality and features. The nearest location was at quite a distance, within Massachusetts, but in Athol I think, about 80 miles away. I happily drove out there for my window.
