Buys beware pella does not stand behind there warranty.
We were very pleased with both the sales and install processes. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. The windows themselves look beautiful. The install crew were very efficient and prepared and cleaned up everything so that the house looked like they hadn't even been here. Very pleased and would definitely recommend. Regarding the price, windows are very expensive, but I would say the pricing was competitive and we are happy with our purchase so far.
Saving about 300 dollars on electrical for a 4 bed three bath house. Thank you!
